Thought records are a key technique used in CBT to help retrain unhealthy thought patterns and cultivate a more balanced thinking style. By systematically identifying negative thoughts, looking for evidence against them, and formulating alternative thoughts, you can overcome distorted thinking and experience improved wellbeing.


Why did I create this?

Thought records can be a very useful tool for gaining insight into your thoughts, improving your thinking habits, enhancing your emotional wellbeing and building resilience. With consistent practice, they provide lifelong skills for mental health and coping.

A digital template and storage allows for always-available input and reflection on thought patterns. By identifying these thoughts, you can then work to challenge and replace them.
